|  Vegas October 2013 | | Planning | | Last Updated: 2013-08-26 14:13:15 | | Fall trip is a month early this year, although who knows maybe if it went really, really well there would be another one (hehe). We're actually leaving the last weekend of September and staying through the following Friday.
| | We're staying at New York, New York this time. Low price, not so low as The Quad (formerly known as IP) and somewhat conveniently located. I always try and keep the fall trip as cheap as possible, but two reasons not to stay at the Quad:
| | 1) We've switched from doing almost everything (including poker) at Caesar's run hotels to doing almost everything at MGM run hotels and it's nice to be able to just charge things to the room in most places we go
| | 2) The Quad is still the IP under a different name, I wouldn't make Joann stay there.
| | No big poker series going on for this trip so it might be all Aria but you never know. I might play at Wynne once just to break things up, and if they ever got a decent number of players I'd love to play in the weekly HORSE tournament at MGM Tuesday nights. Unfortunately last time I tried they didn't even have two full tables at the start.
